This survey is to be filled out by the (former) student 2 years after the elective exchange. The purpose of this survey is to help the IIAHN capture the impacts that the exchange has had on the lives of the student participants. It is an opportunity for participants to provide feedback after they have had a significant amount of time to reflect and take notice of how the IIAHN exchange has impacts their lives in various dimensions including professional and personal life.
