The purpose of this Institutional Survey is to help the IIANH to better understand each partner institution. By capturing this information at the beginning of participation in the network and then each year following, the network will be able to track any changes over time within the institution and be better able to understand the impact of the network on each partner institution.
This survey should be filled out by each partner institution at the beginning of the participation in the IIAHN and at the same time each year thereafter.
